Current Opportunities
The goal of the Industry Relations Development Representative is to grow builder industry participation in AE Ventures events and consumption of its expert content.
Specific goals and activities include:
- Generate guest opportunities for the Industry Relations team by executing research, phone and email outreach to win scheduled meetings
- Assist company’s Industry Relations team with administrative duties, such as:
- managing, updating and maintaining prospect lists in Salesforce and/or Salesloft
- following up to obtain signed registrations
- other duties as assigned
- Execute inside sales efforts leveraging phone, video conferences, online presentations, etc.
- Produce sufficient quantity and quality of work required for success
- Achieve recruitment goals
- Work closely with customer success team to ensure all operational needs of the client are taken care of
- Travel as needed (10-15%) to events and industry trade shows, etc.

- Identifying and qualifying target companies and executives.
- Conducting cadence outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Achieve & maintain daily/weekly activity metrics, including 50 phone calls per day.
- Sales administration via CRM platforms Salesforce & SalesLoft.
- Collaborating/reporting to the Director of Business Development regularly.
- Mainly inside/digital selling (85-90%), with occasional travel to various US cities to produce our events as well as prospecting trade show events (10-15%).

Content Writer
The Content Writer will conceptualize, plan and execute a wide variety of content projects and work with design and production team members to ensure high quality, on-time publication and distribution of such content. Content writer may also manage freelance resources to produce related content.
Specific goals and activities include:
- Writing guides, special category reports, event content recaps, research reports and proof of performance stories from sponsors and guests on their implementations and results achieved through participation in our events, consumption of our copy and utilization of our advisory services.

Project Manager - Executive Assistant
Project Manager-Executive Assistant will assist the company president in administering a variety of meetings from scheduling, invitations and participation tracking to agenda setting and capture of minutes and action items. He/she will also provide administrative support for the development of general sessions and webcasts and assist in the production of planning documents, presentations and reports relevant to product and corporate development and management.
Specific goals and activities include:
- Meeting support

- Development and distribution of support docs and presentation decks

- Loading of action items into appropriate project management and tracking tools
