The Builder Recruitment Executive will lead the relationship development with innovative builder accounts, establishing AE Ventures as a trusted resource for their business.
Specific goals and activities include:
- Account based selling using AEV’s structured process (from prospecting to flyover to deep dive, proposal/proposal review & modification and close) and digital selling tools.
- Focus on building relationships while presenting and closing sales on specific urgent, time-sensitive offers:
- Light research initially on clients, expanding to deeper research and understanding as conversations progress and relationships build.
- Focus on uncovering goals and challenges/pain points with key contacts, understanding the buying process and engaging the buying team and proposing solutions from within the AEV portfolio

Marketing Coordinator
AE Ventures is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who is eager to learn and grow. This individual will be a part of the marketing team, helping with projects including but not limited to: digital communications, social media, website updates, database management, form management. We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate person, who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment with an energetic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Email execution from existing templates, list management, automations and performance reports
- Research integration tools between marketing platforms – WP, AC, SF, and Wufoo
- Active Campaign database management and maintenance
- Help manage social media accounts, create posts, grow followers and activity, generate reports
- Assist with keeping brand sites updated with most recent information, logos and photos.
- Develop website analytics tracking report
- Develop inbound inquiry tracking report
- Pay close attention to detail and accuracy when creating and reviewing materials.
- Organize and manage brand email inboxes.
- Organize and manage process for inquiries/forms
- Management of company-wide platform passwords
- Assist with ordering of event supplies and materials
- Assist with referral program asset development
- Assist with video production schedule and review

Qualifications:
- Recently completed your Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Communications or Graphic Design.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related position is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with WordPress or marketing automation is a plus.

Content Writer
The Content Writer will conceptualize, plan and execute a wide variety of content projects and work with design and production team members to ensure high quality, on-time publication and distribution of such content. Content writer may also manage freelance resources to produce related content.
Specific goals and activities include:
- Writing guides, special category reports, event content recaps, research reports and proof of performance stories from sponsors and guests on their implementations and results achieved through participation in our events, consumption of our copy and utilization of our advisory services.

Project Manager-Executive Assistant will assist the company president in administering a variety of meetings from scheduling, invitations and participation tracking to agenda setting and capture of minutes and action items. He/she will also provide administrative support for the development of general sessions and webcasts and assist in the production of planning documents, presentations and reports relevant to product and corporate development and management.
