The mission of the Content Leader for builder brands is to increase audience engagement and lead generation for TecHome Builder and Housing Transformation by producing a wide variety of high-quality content (in-person seminar session, webcasts and other online programming, research reports and guides) and managing the effective delivery for maximum consumption and impact.

Objectives:

  • Develop a growth strategy for the content libraries for to reach 1,000 pageviews weekly per brand by end of first year
  • Achieves 90% of schedule outputs on time for content/editorial calendar
  • Grow Housing Transformation Summit weekly pageviews to 1,000 within first two years
  • Double content consumption/engagement metrics for builder events in first two years
  • Develop general session content for 2022 events based upon market research
  • Achieve 4+ average star ratings for all session content delivered in-person and online
  • Produce one major guide and two major research reports per brand by end of first year
  • Establish user-generated content system for both brands by 2022

Objectives:

  • Ensure 90% of communication schedule is on track per event
  • Achieve 100% completion of customer success metrics
  • Ensure sponsor databases are 100% accurate on an ongoing basis
  • Appropriately tag 100% of new prospects in our CRM on an ongoing basis
  • Respond to 90% of sponsor and attendee communications within one hour
  • Execute sponsor planning calls within six months of employment
