Marketing & Content Coordinator
AE Ventures is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator with a passion for marketing and video content and prior experience in the field to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong written, visual and oral communications skills and aptitude, be able to think creatively and conceptually, have a keen eye for detail and project and time management skills. The Marketing & Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and developing and producing talk-show style video content for our expanding online media brand, BuilderInnovator.com. Digital communications, social media, website updates, database management, form management and video planning and production are all part of your scope or duties, creating a huge opportunity for you to learn, grow and contribute integrally to AE Ventures’ success.
Responsibilities include:
- Email execution for newsletters, promotions, content, as well as email list management, automations, and performance report
- Help manage social media accounts, create posts, grow followers and activity, generate reports
- Design and execute guest recruitment promotion campaigns through our email and social accounts
- Integration tools between marketing platforms – WordPress, Active Campaign, Salesforce, and Wufoo
- Develop and produce webcast videos (with assistance) and blog posts for BuilderInnovator.com
- Active Campaign database management and maintenance
- Assist with keeping brand sites updated with most recent information, logos and photos
- Assist with collateral revision needs and creation for guest recruitment function
- Pay close attention to detail and accuracy when creating, reviewing, and updating materials
- Report on website analytics tracking
- Develop inbound inquiry tracking report
- Organize and manage process for inquiries/forms
- Assist with referral program asset development
- Develop marketing campaigns focused on subscriber growth to our soon to launch content website
- Utilize content marketing to increase interest in our new website and strategize on converting to event attendance
Qualifications:
- Recently completed your bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related position, especially in a business-to-business marketing role is a plus.
- Experience with content marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with WordPress or marketing automation is a plus.
- Experience with Active Campaign or similar email marketing platform is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining email automations.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized and meet your deadlines.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tool is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leaders and teammates.
- Ability to commute to Boston area for training and ongoing quarterly company meetings preferred.
