“Always Evolving” event and media company strikes deal with BDX to enable online and broadcast messaging to millions of homebuyers before their budgets are exhausted.
September 8, 2014 — AE Ventures announced today that it has partnered with Austin, TX-based BDX, the leading provider of digital marketing solutions for the home building industry, to provide technology companies access to millions of consumers who are actively researching their home purchasing options.
Under the agreement, AE Ventures will provide digital and broadcast advertising and content marketing opportunities to technology companies on BDX’sNewHomeSource.com website and New Home Source television shows, which will air this fall in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Orlando, Phoenix and Indianapolis.
The arrangement marks a break-through for home technology companies — a market that has historically struggled to communicate the benefits of their products and services to homebuyers before their budgets are swallowed up by other upgrades and amenities in categories like fixtures, finishes
“In the last year,newhomesource.com has seen nearly 8 million unique visitors from North America alone,” says AE Ventures President, John Galante. “The vast majority of these visitors are consumers looking to purchase a home — and are roughly six-to-nine months out from the transaction.
“We’re very excited to be in a position to help technology makers, service providers and contractors get their messages delivered early — when they can fairly compete for all of the dollars homebuyers invest in the lifestyle upgrade and reboot of purchasing a new home.”
“This is a great match for us,” says BDX CEO, Tim Costello. “AE Ventures is marrying its deep understanding of the technology space with our expertise in the home buying process and the dynamic audience of homebuyers we serve.”
“Together, we can really help technology companies gain mindshare and accelerate sales with homebuyers,” Costello says.
